Who I help:
I help men and women build more fulfilling relationships with themselves, their partners, and/or their children. I work with individuals who are going through significant life transitions, feeling stuck in their relationship(s), suffering from anxiety or depression, or shifting into a new identity. I know that processing these challenges in therapy can be difficult - and I also know it can be incredibly gratifying. I'd love to support you in your unique journey.
How I help:
My approach to therapy is rooted in creating a space of safety and self-compassion, where I help my clients to wholeheartedly accept and find peace with their most authentic self. I have experience working with clients of diverse cultural backgrounds and am LGBTQIA+ affirming.
What my clients say about working with me:
My clients describe me as warm, compassionate and non-judgemental. When working together, my clients have described therapy as a safe and welcoming environment to explore their feelings, address challenges, and develop deeper insights into themselves.
My background:
My clinical background includes working with adults who have struggled in their parenting journeys, identity development, stress management, work-life balance and grief. I also have experience working with children and adolescents in a community mental health setting on issues such as anxiety, depression, life adjustments, relationship dynamics and more. Through working with children, I’ve been able to understand more of the human experience from both the child and parent perspective.
