Who I help:

I help individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful connections. Whether you're working through anxiety, relationship concerns, or personal growth, my goal is to support you in finding balance and fulfillment.

How I help:

My approach to therapy is to surround my clients with empathy and understanding. Whether you are working towards specific goals or need a safe emotional space, I will meet you where you're at and help you achieve personal growth and self-determination. As a clinician, I value an individualized approach that prioritizes personal autonomy, self-discovery, and the development of individual strengths.

What my clients say about working with me:

My clients describe me as a passionate, caring, detail-oriented, and compassionate clinician that is eager to better the lives of my clients. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where my client's can explore their emotions, gain clarity, and develop tools to thrive.

My Background:

My journey in mental health started in 2020, as I received my certifications as both a labor and postpartum doula while supporting new mothers and babies during the pandemic. This work motivated me to attend graduate school, where I received my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, in order to continue to advocate for maternal mental health. During graduate school, I volunteered with Postpartum Support International (PSI), leading support groups for women struggling with mental health concerns. I simultaneously started my clinical journey working with children and families exposed to trauma, helping them cope with symptoms and heal. Through my experience I have helped support individuals through various difficult life challenges and learned how to facilitate healing and resilience.
