Investment
Invest in yourself, your family & your future
I understand that therapy is an investment of time, energy and money. And I take your investment seriously. When you enter into therapy with me, I commit to you. I ask you to be equally committed.
My fee is $225 for individuals and $275 for couples per 50 minute session. Sessions occur weekly, though we can discuss moving to a biweekly schedule after treatment and progress are established.
The Associate therapists in my practice have a fee of $150 for individuals and $175 for couples per 50 minute session.
Cancellation policy: I reserve your appointment time just for you. As such, you will be charged your full session fee for canceled or rescheduled sessions with less than 48 hours’ notice. I intentionally limit the number of clients I choose to work with at any given time, in order to ensure I have the capacity to show up fully for each client I see. This enables me to serve you and my client community best.

Let’s connect
Fit is the most important factor of therapy being effective
That’s why I offer a free consultation call. It gives us the chance to connect to see whether working together feels like a mutual good fit.
A Note on Health Insurance
I do not accept health insurance. In order to provide the level of care I believe is most effective - and that you are most deserving of - I have chosen to remain a private pay practice. This allows me to tailor our work together towards your unique needs, without being beholden to a rigid set of guidelines dictated by the insurance companies.
If you have “out of network benefits” (typically through a PPO insurance plan), they may reimburse you for part of my fee. You can contact them directly to determine what the reimbursement rates on your plan are. Please understand I can not guarantee any reimbursement and it is solely your responsibility to verify your benefits and submit your superbill claims. Please click below to read more before determining whether you would like to use this option.

When contacting your insurance company, be prepared to share the following information:
• CPT code: 90837 for Individual Sessions, 90847 for Couples Sessions
• Whether you will be receiving services in office or via Telehealth.
• Whether you will be receiving services from a licensed or associate therapist.I am happy to provide you with proof of service (Superbill) so you may recover some of your costs. Keep in mind that you will first have to meet your out-of-pocket deductible, and that there are many reasons an insurance company may not reimburse for sessions that you have paid for. Your insurance company may not reimburse for out of network providers, or they may not reimburse for your particular type or length of treatment. Please also be aware that when you submit your information for reimbursement, your private information becomes part of your medical record and can be accessed in the future by other parties such as life insurance companies. This matters because in order to be reimbursed by your insurance, they require a clinical diagnosis be on file. Please consider these factors carefully before requesting a Superbill for your services.

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
